You must find the underwater cave in route 128.You must do what you did in MAGMA HIDEOUT but there in the cave is TEAM AQUA.When youyou reach Kyogre battle archie and defeat him.Later TEAM MAGMA will arrive.You will get out of the cave and Steven will come and ask you return to Sootopolis and go to the ''CAVE OF ORIGIN''.You will find Wallace and he will ask where Rayquaza is.You must choose Sky Pillar.Go to Pasifidlog,go to the top floor of the tower,go near Rayquaza.He will awaken,now you must go to Sootopolis see Rayquaza calm Kyogre and Groudon.After that someone will give you the HM Waterfall.Then you can enter Sootopolis gym and get the final badge:''THE BADGE OF RAIN''.Then you go to Ever Grade city and become the next league champion
