I have been put through only to the Indian call centre who apart from having a 'selective' grasp of the English language - ie when it suits them, are technically inept and evasive. I need to contact the customer service centre in Glasgow - can you help ?

  1. tell me about it - i couldn't understand a word the indian call centre said - not racist visit india twice a year - asked for a supervisor cut off

3 times - finally got one in glasow who was the rudest person i have ever spoken to ( i work in a call centre) i emailed the complaints department and got whitewashed. write email with copies - i was told

i couldn't cancel contract part way through and i told them they were

not fulfilling their part of the contract cos my broadband wouldn't work.

they threatened me with court. i cancelled it - gone to tiscali - had a slight problem got such a nice guy in india who sorted it all out for me.

  2. Orange are c**p. Try simply calling the normal number and say you want to speak to someone who is based in the UK. I don't think you can get a different number for Glasgow.

  4. You have done a great public service by letting us know what Orange is like. I was thinking of using them but not now. Thanks. Try emailing them and inform them you are prepared to leave them soon.

  5. They sound like BT. Insist on speaking to someone in Britain and don't let them fob you off. I did that with BT and refused to be put off.
