  1. Most ticket sites like stubhub or barry's tickets sell them but they are a lot of money depending on where you want to sit.


  2. Different sponsors get the tickets.  They give them to friends, family and often sponsor contest to win the tickets.  Think radio stations, youth programs, tv stations, food sponsors, clothing lines, etc.  Also you will notice "STARS" are also invited to grab your (the average teen) interest and make you want to watch
