  1. I went to the Tour Championship in Atlanta last year.  I bought my tickets on Stubhub.com and got a great deal for them.  The face value of my passes was $85 each - I got 2 passes for $100, so it was quite a deal.

You are free to walk and stand anywhere outside the ropes, so you can move around and see lots of play from different players.  You are not allowed to bring in cameras or cellphones - they will be checking you for them at the door and will take them if you bring them and you can pick them up on the way out.

  2. Best place to get tickets is from the tournament website.

Price is all based on tournament and what kind of ticket you purchase.

To an extent, it's a first come first serve type of 'seating' for GA tickets.

Very Rarely, sometimes on the Monday of the tournament when its the practice round, but camera's are not allowed during the tournament except for people with press passes.

  3. Go to pgatour.com and everything you want to know is there.

  4. Cameras are only allowed during practice rounds.  This could be up to the rules of the participating sponser of the weekly tournament though.  So.. you will have to check with the rules, for whichever tourney you are attending.

You can choose to "sit" and watch.  For instance.. pick out one hole you want to sit at.. and watch the entire lineup of players play the hole.

Or you can choose to follow your favorite golfer.  Its important to know your favorite golfers tee time and who they are paired up with.
