  1. get a bus from hope street, come out of the main entrance at Gordon st turn left and hope street is the street ahead of you. you will get at least 3 or 4 buses (maybe more)that pass right by byres road.

its been a while since I used a bus but I think you can get the 18,20 and 44 and a few others.

or you could get a taxi.

  2. the subway station called hillhead is in Byres road. get the subway from St Enochs which is right next to central station.

  3. Go to Hope Street (right beside the Central Station) and you can get a number 16 or 18 bus that will take you to Dumbarton Road, which is at the bottom of Byres Road - you can also get a number 42 bus from Bath Street too. Or you could get the underground from St.Enoch or Buchanan Street up to Hillhead, which is at Byres Road.

  4. Or you could take the subway. There's an entrance on buchanan st, easy to get to from central upper level. It's a circle, so you can't go wrong, but get off at Hillhead stop. You're on Byres Road!
