How do you get to Eterna City from Oreburgh City?

I need a bike to get up to slope but where do I get a bike D: I went in cave but then there are rocks blocking me way x____x and the ghey galatic squad is blocking my other way! Please halp D:

Go back to the previous town, I don't remember the name of it, and go north. Then enter this cave, and when you come out you will see a forrest, go through the forrest with a girl. I Suggest training a lot there because she heals your pokemon after every fight so you have unlimited HP and PP. I trained my Turtwig to a Torterra there.
