To get to 30 Orange Grove Rd from Orchard MRT Station, exit Orchard MRT Station by using exit B (Orchard Blvd Exit) and walk to Orchard Turn. From that bus stop, take 190 and alight @ Chelsea Garden Condo, Stevens Rd. Walk approx 3-5 min via Walshe Rd to get there. 3 stops after Orchard Stn, S$0.90 for paying by cash, S$0.67 if using ezlink card.
