How do you get to TAILFIN PASS in the CARS MATER NATIONAL game on WII?

I compleated everything I need to get to tailfin pass and it says on the pause screen head northwest out of RADIATOR SPRINGS. But all the other openeings say road closed except for ornament valley! I NEED HELP PLEASE!

  1. IDK but go to IGN they have all sorts of guides they might have one of Cars but im not sure
