How do you get to Yosemite National Park from San Francisco by bike?

what is the specific route you take to get to Yosemite?

Do research. You won't find your answer on here. That's one long, and trecherous bike ride I can you that. You would have to talk the highway, no two ways about it. Riding on two land roads with nothing between you and a cliff face. Good luck man. I applaud your effort! There is camping almost everywhere by the way. Or you can just stay in a hotel. I figure you can go about 60-80 miles a day. Shouldnt take you more than 4-5 days.
