Do you mean Prospect Park?

If so, the Q,F,2,3 and 4 all stop at different points in the Park.

The 2 and 3 stops near the entrance at Grand Army Plaza, and the Q will bring you closer to the entrance of the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.

If you mean the park that is right on the water next to the Brooklyn Bridge it is called Fulton's Landing or something like that.  Take the A or C train to High Street, the first stop ion Brooklyn.  Walk toward the Brooklyn Bridge, then toward the water and turn left and that will get you into the park.  Apart from a patch of green and some spectacular views of bridges and the skyline, there isn't anything else at the park.  On the other hand, you are right by a great pizza shop.

After you got off the train and started walking by the bridge you passed Grimaldi's.  Sold only by the whole pie.  I love their roasted peppers, but they are expensive to have on the pie.

If you mean the largest park in Brooklyn, you want Prospect Park. It is huge and lovely.

Here are some options:

- Take the 2 train to Grand Army Plaza to get to the northern part of the park (near to the Central Library and near the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

- Take the Q to the Prospect Park Station to get off at the part of the park called the "Children's Corner" - there you will find the Zoo, the Carousel, and the Lefferts House (an historic house with programing for kids.) You can also enter the Botanic Gardens from there, which is across the street from Prospect Park there.

- Take the F train to 7th Avenue (Brooklyn) and walk uphill on 9th Street to the park entrance to get to the bandshell and the ballfields.

Those are just some ideas. There are other ways into the park, but these options will get you to interesting sections of the park.
