How do you get to cherish falls in pokemon pearl?

hey my brother is playing pokemon pearl and instead of playing the game like i did and beating it, he wants to know how to get through this part. he has beaten the elite 4 and wants to know how to get into this place. any help, link to sites to help or anything would be great. thanks

Are you absolutely certain the area is called "Cherish Falls"? If you are, there is no such area in Pokemon D or P.
