How do you get to go on ads?

I want to just be on an ad or two on tv. I think it'll be fun i've done acting lessons before and i've been in competitions.

You'll have to get some photos and make a comp card for modeling ads.  For acting, you'll need a headshot & resume.  I'd suggest finding a local agency by typing in "talent agents in (your nearest city, state) on google maps.  A list of agents will come up and you can contact them with your request.  They can probably help you find work and get a professional comp card.  Remember, never pay upfront fees to an agent and they should probably be affiliated/franchised with SAG/AFTRA for acting.  Good luck!
