How do you get to star world on super nintendo??

Assuming you mean Super Mario World?  If so, then on the second map (Donut Plains area)  You'll see a lake in the middle.

First:  In Donut Plains 1 there's a secret keyhole towards the end of the level that will give you access to the secret water level

Once you've found that, in the water level there's also a keyhole.  It's underneath some blocks so you need to use the P block to change them to coins, then with Key in hand haul over to the keyhole before the timer runs out.

This gets you to the secret ghost house, I forget exactly how to get to her but you have to fight Big Boo and defeat her.  It has to do with climbing up a vine from what I remember.  Throw 3 blocks at Boo and Viola! Welcome to Star World =)
