How do you get to the Hoenn region in Pokemon pearl?

you have to win battel tower 1000 times then somebody will take you out to snow point then they will take you there

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to get to the Hoenn region in Pokemon Pearl.  The only region that you are able to go to in Pokemon Pearl is the Sinnoh region.

If you are talking about different areas to go to after you defeat the Elite Four, then maybe you might want to check out the Battle Island?  Fly to Snowpoint City and then talk to the sailor on the pier there to get a ferry ride to the Battle Island.  You might like this new adventure in Battle Island :)

You can't go to the hoenn region.

you can't. you can only stay at the sinnoh reigion.  however, you can migrate pokemon from the hoenn region from pokemon ruby, sapphire, and emerald.  you can migrate pokemon after you defeat the elite four and get the national pokedex.

You migrate them in Pal park after you get the national dex (pokemon) but you can't go to the hoenn region only their pokemon
