How do you get to the University of Guelph (in Guelph, Ontario) from Downsview or Yorkdale station?

I need directions using public transit like the ttc or the GO bus.

  1. It looks like there is a direct route on the map from U of Guelph to Yorkdale, but I can't locate the schedule so either

    a) I'm dumb

    or

    b) You have to transfer

    But you *can* get from Yorkdale to Guelph directly but then you'd probably have to catch a bus or cab to the U.

    Otherwise you can get from Yorkdale to Square One:

    But I don't know if that is the most direct route.

    You can also get from the "York University Bus Loop" to U of Guelph, and that is also a TTC connection point.

    Hope that helps a little, personally I'd go for the direct route from York to Guelph rather than transfer on Go as the busses run to infrequently so if you miss one you are stuck.


  2. Check out the site for GO Transit and the # 29 for U of Guelph, you would have to get to Square One in Mississauga's GO station or Cooksville, but I would do the SQ 1 you can catch the GO Train at Union St
