How do you get to the area on the computer were you get to draw on the computer?

if you are talking about drawing with a mouse then they can be using one of many different programs. it could be photoshop, the gimp, paint, etc. drawing with a mouse on the computer is not easy. a lot of people buy a tablet, something that connects to your computer and allows you to draw on the tablet which relays to your computer. with a tablet you can use options like pressure sensitivity which make your digitally drawn works look more hand-drawn. when using a tablet they usually use adobe photoshop though you can get programs like paint.net and the gimp for free which operate much in the same way as photoshop.

To get to it, you click on start, programs, accessories, then paint.

You can do that in paint and to put pictures together and make a that little movie you go to windows movie maker or whatever you have to make movies.

i'm guessing you're talking about photoshop and that's a program you either have or don't and also that is a pretty hard to use program its not like the little drawing board in the start programs but if you want to give it a try then sure its probably in start and you should look for "adobe" or "adobe photoshop"
