How do you get to the minish Librari in Zelda Minish Cap?

There is no minish library its a human library in Hyrule Town. You have to return 3 books to the returns lady (talk to the check out lady first or else it wont work) once you get all 3 back the sturgeon puts them back on the shelf. then go minish sized using the pot on the library roof and go in and there's an entrance to one of the bookshelves, you can climb the books you returned. if you need help with a certain book just google it.
