DO NOT!  I repeat DO NOT! attempt to remove the radio on your 08 Focus! if you check the Ford Focus Forum sights you will find that everyone that attempted to do so had many electrical problems! costing big money to fix! I too own a 08 Focus and researched the stereo system in the car and decided just to go with the factory upgraded system and I will tell you it was worth every penny! the sound quality is wonderfull!
