How do you get to these people at Disney Company??

Question

I have a couple of numbers to the Walt Disney Company but you see I am a writer but when I call I have no idea who to ask for or which department to call. So I just stop calling. I know Anne Sweeney is in charge of alot of work that airs on Disney's television shows and such but I can't reach her. Out of all the numbers I have found there is not one for a writers department or a screen writers staff. I just want to know who to contact.

As I understand it  writers work through agents.  They do not contact the companies directly themselves.  Find an agent to sell your work.
