How do you get to this computer program?

the program that i think all computers have that shows your activity on the computer and gives dates and times and shows what programs you went on and what websites you went on etc.

Press Ctrl + H to get  browser history by date of all sites visited.  For your computer system infor, go to Accessories>System Tools>System Information.

The processes running on your computer can be found in Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del).  Other info may be found by entering msconfig and clicking OK from Start>Run window.

That sounds like parental control software. may or may not be included with your O/s or antivirus.
