  1. I'm a conservative Christian and a pastor's daughter, and when I was younger, that meant getting left out because I was a "goody-goody", being talked about and mocked behind my back, and having each and every mistake I made being thrown in my face.

It hurt sometimes, but I got to the point that I took it as a back-handed compliment. Now people are degrading toward me for my beliefs, but it's who I am, and I don't really pay attention to people like that.

  2. people don't talk to me. they give me weird looks because i don't dress like them or act like them. i mostly pass it off because i don't care, i just like being myself instead of being everyone else.

  3. I was treated like an "outsider" when I was living in Asia a couple years ago.  I looked 'white' and was pretty much stared at everyday, everywhere.  I hated it (probably because I don't like being the center of attention anyhow).

It wasn't good, esp. when a whole community is focused on you and start gossiping about you and your family.
