How do you get urine smell out of concrete?

Concrete is porous so it absorbs the smell. I had the same problem because I have so many animals. I scrubbed the concrete and let it air out with fans. Then painted it with a sealer, I cannot remember the name of the product but a hardware store would know. It's about $70 for a small can. It worked no smell.
