How do you get used to bifocals???

I just got them and this is really hard. I have to keep moving my head with my eyes it seems. Any tips?

Takes about 5 days to get used to them. Worst part is tripping over curbs and steps. Then one day you wake up and put them on and it's like you've always had them.  But it is unnatural at first.

Wonder how Ben Franklin coped with them? There was nobody around who could give him advice!

Yes you just have to get used to them. Do not try to wear them for long periods, just a half hour at a time, then longer as you get more used to them.

It took me about 10 days at first, but since I just spent $475, I had to do it. Each time you change prescriptions and frames, you'll have to adjust again, but it'll be much easier than the first time.
