How do you get water stains out of a satin dress?

I just picked up my bridesmaid dress form the alterations place and the it has water stains all over it! I think it might be from them steaming it. How do I get them out? I have to leave for the wedding in less than 48 hours!

Don't try doing this yourself.  You are going to need help on this one.  I would return it or get them to professionally clean it.  You don't want to fool around with Satin.  Sorry I couldn't be more help but Satin is a bear to clean!
