  1. Gently scrape all that you can then use 4 or layers of paper towels and your iron.  Keep ironing with fresh towels until no more is absorbed.  That should get most of it out.  Don't overheat it could melt your carpet.

  2. Heat up your iron(not too hot--medium heat)....put a brown paper bag over the wax. Run the iron over top of the brown paper bag(lightly!) that is over the wax. The brown paper bag will soak up the wax.

  3. You might try to heat it up till it melts. With a hairdryer for example. Then you use paper towels to get the liquid wax out of the carpet.

  4. these people have all the wrong ideas:  heating it up will only work it further into the rug.  using ice cubes is not productive

  5. Place 2 layers of paper towels over the hard wax. Use the iron on a low setting to melt the wax and press it up into the towel. Or use can use a blow drier to melt it and use the paper towels to blot it up.

  6. scrape the biggest chunk, then just sit and pick while u watch tv.

  7. Put an ice cube on the carpet hold it on da wax and let get really cold and hard then scrap it off wid a knife then vacuum up the rest
