I know that you get a balloon when you adopt a new pet...you get one in your welcome to webkinz world gift box...as for clocks I think they are an exclusice item that you get when you adopt

go to Walgreens and buy a W-cares tag. It comes with the webkinz. the syick it in the code shop and voila!
