How do you get your avatar to appear on your Yahoo! e-mail homepage ?

i click save but it does not save and my friend has its avatar on his Yahoo! e-mail page. i want to know how to get your avatar on my Yahoo! e-mail homepage.

when you open your yahoo mail. click the  black aviator it will take you to where you can crate aviator, accept to return.
