  1. go to a school of your choice. enroll them.

  2. Watch your newspaper for enrollment dates, or just contact the preschool itself.

  3. You enroll your child in preschool when school starts at the school in your school district. There will be a cut off date to when he needs to be 5 years old to start.

  4. Call your local school district and they will be able to tell you. Or even the Health Dept. or welfare office. I believe they have to be potty trained. Other than that he sounds ready to go.

  5. Look in the yellow pages under Schools.

I got my son enrolled in Headstart (Im in northern california).

My daughters elementary school has a preschool on-site so You may check into the local elementary school in your district to find out more.
