I had my permit up until a couple months ago, but it expired so now I have to reget it.

  1. Homeschooled people don't need cars because they don't need to drive to school.

  2. You should be able to take the Driver's Education course through your local high school.  If not, you would have to take private lessons, which would cost you.

  3. Some states require homeschooled kids to be registered with the state as homeschooled.  If this is so in Arkansas, you can probably get proof from the state that you are homeschooled.

Or, call the ADOT or DMV and see what they say - I'm sure they have a mechanism for people in your situation.

  4. You will need to go thru a private driving school.I was homeschooled also. And my mom called a local driving school it was 300 bucks and that included 8 behind the wheel driving lessons. They give u the certificates you need for a permit and your actual driving test.Good luck

  5. go to the DMV there and retake the test to get your permit again.

  6. You dont have to be in public school to get your permit.

What I did was sign up for 911 drving school, (idk if they have that in Arkansas...) but any driving school will do.

Anyway, if you are signed up for classes (at least in my state) you can get your permit at age 15 and up.

Then you just complete the classes and once you're 16 you do your test at the DOL and if you pass, you get your license... I think... haha I hope I helped.
