I want my hair like their's, but I don't know how to do it.

Like, how it's big and poofy at the top. But skinny at the bottom.

Put your hair half up, and tease a layer that closest to the top of your head. Then, use hairspray before you put your hair back down, right after you tease it. Then put your hair down, and play with it as you must.

It has short layers at the top that are teased, and the long skinny straight part is extentions, maybe?

Please don't tease your hair.  It means to comb it backwards toward the base, and it strips and tangles every little strand.  Often it breaks.  Many girls have ruined their hair trying to imitate this style.

Beware!  

If you're dead-set on achieving this look, please just volumize.  It's much healthier.

You cute really short layers at the top. Then if you want it bigger use some product like bedhead manipulator to make it stick.

you layer the top of your head insted of all over.

and then tease the top layers. then brush over it gentally; not completely taking out the tease, but just so it gets some of the knots out.

i have hair like this now.

Layer your hair really short all around and leave your bottom layer long and striahgt..

buy Hair Wax (sounds weird, i know, but it's purpose is to make hair stand better than gel)

and just spike your top layer.
