you take a hair straightener then you take a curling iron and put a little curl in it.

curling iron, or you can braid your hair in loose braids when it is wet or damp and leave it like that for a while when you take them out your hair will be wavy.

Straighten your hair unless it's already totally straight, then do loose curls and tease it a little. curl your bangs out a little on the ends, then spray with hairspray and youre there! I love doing this style! i've done it many times before!  Hope this helped!

1) wet your hair. i wouldn't actually wash it though, because slightly dirty hair holds a better curl

2) put your hair in curlers (the smaller the curler, the tighter the curl)

3) blowdry your hair

4) take out curlers and spritz hair with hairspray
