That's a pretty broad question:

Own a Full Power TV station: $10 million

Own a Low Power TV station: $1.5 million

Own a cable channel - negotiate with the Cable Company

Own a cable network - about $2 million start up, satellite charges (about $3 million annually) and then negotiate with cable companies for carriage.

etc . . .

And you would have to buy programming on top of all of that.  You need to be more specific.  Have you considered developing a business plan?
