Well if you want that disgusting fake look then

apply 5 layers of different foundation making them really thick!

then apply blush brozer and eyeliner ascara lipgloss and Bammm you look like barbie!!!

Usually when you see that kind of smoothness in real life it's just a REALLY LUCKY person or makeup that's airbrushed on. You could try a mineral foundation but I really don't think you're going to get anything like that...

There's a few steps there other than basic touch up. He changed the lightening of his eyes and the entire picture it seems.

I photo shoped a few pictures of my own, changed the eye color and everything. That a look:

try MAC full coverage foundation.

i personally don't like my make up that heavy so i use bare minerals.

this dude has a scar on the tip of his nose. A red line under his chin and tiny brown spots along his top lip line. my conclusion :

1. cheeks appear airbrushed

2. has a good concealer.

3. he is very young so his face is not bad to begin with.

4. it's not perfect .. far from it.

Great skin is a 50/50 endeavor - internal/external.  Internal - eating a good diet that includes fresh fruits/veggies, taking a good vitamin/mineral supplement and drinking plenty of water; external - I like aularale.com/7002's product line for taking excellent care of my skin.

If youre really lucky you get born with skin like that, but to get it as nice as possible drink lots of fresh/filtered water, at least six cups a day, and cut out fatty foods and sweet things. Also, using heavy foundation can block pores so you end up with really bad skin. Powder foundation is good for soft-looking coverage.

You need to cleanse, tone, and moisturise every day.

You can achieve that smoothness by having your makeup professionally airbrushed on.  Other than that, try either the philosophy or borba skin line and use a light-weight foundation brushed with powder on top.  Hope this helps

You'd need an extremely heavy coverage foundation to look like that, but you'd end up looking incredibly weird.

Also genes comes into it. Unfortunately, my genes are bloody horrible.

You use the spot elimination tool, lots of blurring and the tool which makes it copy the past colour (I cant remember what its called - I think the collect stamp tool or something like that?)

Skin looks like PLASTIC!  That's Photoshop (or some other photo-editing software) all over!

I've seen a few people with very smooth, healthy skin too.  They were prepubescent children.

they get their skin perfect like that in a photo cuz know one has skin that flawless with out makeup or editing.....you can even see his pores on his face and every body's got those or some facial hair no matter how fine...

the use a software that photographers use to airbrush phots in magazines and it it not photoshop
