How do you get your temps in the state of Ohio?

I'm currently sixteen and I'm planning to get my temps soon so I can start driving. The problem is that I don't know exactly what to do. I have the basic details, but that's about it. How do you get your temps in the state of Ohio? (seeing as it may vary for other state)
