How do you get your web page to come up first on the yahoo web search.?

Not on the right hand side, I know how to do that. I want my page to come up first when you search certain keywords. How does it work? how do they decide who comes up first?

Go to settings, then control panel and click on internet options. From there youll see a space for homepage. Type it in and then click on add changes lower right hand side and its finito!!
