How do you get yourself motivated?

After 9 years of marriage I found it really hard to get motivated for ANYTHING.

Now that the marriage is over I found even less motivation.  Get up, go to work, go home, go to bed, repeat.

Then I met my girlfriend, who sends me a text message every morning before I wake up.

I get out of bed without hitting snooze button now, rush to the phone, smile at the message and have a wonderful day :-D

i always listen to music. it has a huge effect on you, if you really listen to the lyrics. and i thikn of my goal.

and hey, if i reach it maybe i`ll go get a mani & pedi!
