How do you give yourself motivation?

I have a baseball game really soon and my team is full of immature, mean people that just put down other players on my team.

I can't take them! They always talk about immature things and laugh at other people on our team. I'm not like that... I don't like making fun of people, and don't think immature things are funny.

But my team is like that so I don't fit in... how do I motivate myself to keep going?

you need to lighten up kid! live a little and i dont mean to be mean but do they make fun of you? ahhh thats why you dont think its funny right

This is a tough one. It's hard to be around people like that. My best advice is to try to ignore it if and when it is addressed to you - take it out on the game, I suppose you could say. And if you can, when it is addressed to other people, stand up for them. If that's difficult to do in your situation, maybe you could just cheer for them a bit louder when they are up to bat or make sure you support them..When you're picked on, it's nice to know that someone cares.
