How do you go about decorating a blind?

What would you use to paint/put a design onto the blind. If it changes anything, the blind is made from Polyester.

You can use fabric paint that is formulated for synthetics.  You probably cannot use the ones that are heat set, so you have to read the container instructions to find the ones that don't require either putting it in the dryer or ironing.

I've never heard of anyone painting a blind.  But you should be able to paint it normally, like you'd paint a chair or blanket,  I'd think.  I'd probably go with accrylic paint - that's what I use to paint sheets for backgrounds - but I've never done blinds.  Good Luck
