  1. it is not that tough first you have to learn the marketing strategy from my firm vijaysoft bhopal contact us we provide all the problem solution in free of cost for you.

The good thing is that there are a lot of independent graphic artists out there.....so it can be done.

Make sure you have a really solid portfolio. Not too big and make certain it shows the viewer that you can meet their business needs.

Contact every one of your old employers. They know you and people that know you are the most likely to trust you.

Market your business....this could mean cold calling or leaving the 'perfect' client materials with your phone. You have to figure out a way to find the clients you want and get in their head.

  2. You could find new clients at marketplaces like http://www.designbay.com or http://www.elance.com

When businesses post projects on these sites designers submit quotes and show them their portfolios.  DesignBay is good for start-ups because it's free to register and submit quotes.

Often designers will win a piece of work using a marketplace and then develop the relationship with that client outside the marketplace.

  3. It's a slow, steady and somewhat arduous task to build up a client list as an independent consultant.   Most business for something like that will have to come through referrals, and they don't come fast or easy, at the start.
