...people. We've come up with some great ideas in the past, but it seems that encouraging teens to show up to the meetings is difficult. A teen advisory group helps set up the teen area of the library as well as other things like ordering necessary books, magazines, etc, & book clubs, etc. It seems that so far, all that has been happening is merely talk. Yes, they agree on things they would want to do, but it is difficult to encourage them to do anything. We've tried posting flyers in the library & I've tried to encourage the group to invite people who might be interested. But the attendance is very dismal. I want to know what would attract a teen to a teen group & how to keep it interesting so they will continue to come back.
