How do you go about running 2 possession of methamphetamine cases in 2 diff. towns in KS run concurrent?

  1. You have one case started and then get your attorney to get you into the next case after your sentencing so you can be heard in the other court and if both judges agree you can run them concurrent BUT if one guy doesn't want you to do that, you are going to do consecutive.  Hope you can get them to agree!


  2. I don't think you make the decision. It's something that your attorney works out with the judges in the 2 towns. If they happened at the same time you may have a slight chance of them running concurrent, but otherwise probably not. Is it possession or intent to distrub? You might think about getting treatment meth is a hard drug to kick by yourself no matter what you Hope to do.
