How do you go about selling a stock certificate?

I'm trying to figure out what to do with the stock certificate.

Either you find a buyer and endorse the certificate to the buyer or you deposit it with a broker and let the broker sell it at either the market price (or a limit price if you aren't willing to take the current bid price).
