  1. Depending on where in the world your staying ... i would recommend a local MMA ... Thai boxing ect ect club ... work your way along fighting in smaller competitions such as CAGE RAGE ... MMA comps, if you are good enough to become pro ... you will get there,

  2. Depends where you are at already, if you're already in shape and you've been fighting, you can send a tape of your fights to the ufc, the instructions are on the their main website www.ufc.com

If you're not at that point, you'll want to still visit their site and view their fight rules, check out the weight classes to see where you want to end up at.

Start running and swimming, you'll need the endurance to fight for 15 minutes

Eat right and strength train, you'll want to make the weight and be in top form

Stretch to prevent injuries, speed up recovery times, and improve flexibility.

Get some great dental and health insurance before you even think about some sparing.

As far as fight training goes, visit as many martial art schools in your area as you can, choose a school that you feel has good core skills, punching, kicking, fighting stances, breakfalling, throws, locks, and pins. If it looks like they could get their brains beaten in, inside the cage, they probably would. And be honest to the teachers about your intentions, that you are considering the ufc.

  3. It is extremely hard to wind up in the UFC, but not impossible. Nothing is ever impossible. The first that you want to do is go to a local MMA gym and begin to train. After a year or so, depending on your ability or skill level, try to enter amateur MMA tournaments. If you do well, people will begin to notice you. After a few amaeur fights, you might want to consider going to a more experienced and MMA specific gym. After some training at the bigger gym you probably will want to begin competing at a pro level. You can usually do that by competing at local promotions. If you are succesful, then you are on your road to the UFC or a big time promotion. Good Luck.

  4. you would need to start with some jiu jitsu.. then go into boxing but even better miu tia.. then try to find a place where u can perfect ur moves.. then ask them wht u nees to do to go into it
