  1. The Zune does not connect to the internet.


  2. First, you have to go to www.zune.net and download the program on your computer so you can sync your zune.  You get some free songs when you download the program (after you click and drag them to your zune).  From there, you can go to zune's marketplace.  Do the basics first before you try downloading music from other programs.
