  1. HELLO!!!!

  2. If by older you mean with respect then

Buenos días, buenas tardes, buenas noches, señor/señora como se siente?

    Example:

Buenos días señor, como se siente?

  3. ¿Buenos días, Señor/Señora, cómo está?

  4. You may say

Buen día or Buenos días (in the morning)

    Buenas tardes (in the afternoon)

    Buenas noches (in the night)

    ¿Cómo está (usted)?

It means How are you? The word in brackets is the pronoun You,  but formal in spanish . You use it for an older person. It's not necessary to say the pronoun in spanish, because with only the verb, you know which pronoun you're saying. But it's right if you say it anyway.

    ¿Cómo se siente (usted)?

It means How do you feel? You use it usually to ask about feelings or people that has been ill. Doctors often say, ¿cómo se siente hoy? That means How do you feel today?.

If you greet people, I think you should normally say ¿Cómo está?

I hope you find this useful.
