It all depends, knuckle curve or normal curve, I hold my knuckle curve by curling my index finger to where my first knuckle is preesing on the right seam (if your a rightie) , a normal curve i would place my middl finger on the right seam and my index finger next to it, and then wihle throwing turn your wrist counter-clockwise!
