You can smear wet mud all around there, and cover it with a thin plastic wrap that ties around the back of your head. (get the good stuff from the Red Sea, sold in health and beauty stores and in health food stores).

You need to leave it on for 24 hours, then rinse off, wait 3 days, repeat.

It worked for me when I was 11!
