How do you grow and/or dye a rainbow rose?

there's a lot of folks who 'really want to make some'... but because the technique is so new and so patented, no one but the man who developed it knows how.... and so we're all outta luck.... sorry....

This technique was developed by Peter van de Werken in the Netherlands.  I have searched for a long time, and the technique is patented and not available.  You can order them.  He is the only one in the world who sells them.  Here is a video link:
