How do you grow bangs to get the "emo cut"?

I want to grow bangs, but don't know how. Is there a special cut you must have to grow bangs? Or is it just normal hair that grows downwards? Thanks.

just spray those hair growing things the front of your head and wait for a month or two.

Grow your hair out, then get it cut. And when you shower, dont wash your hair towards the back, part it as if you were going to style it, then rinse it out. it'll "train" your hair to go the way it should. Dry it that way too.
