How do you grow claws out of the tips of your fingers?

I want to grow claws out of the tips of my fingers. Please do not tease me or tell me it is impossible. I need a valid answer. The first person that posts a way to do this that works other than surgery will get Best Answer. Please answer this for me!

You aren't the same troll that asked all these questions a few months ago, are you? Energy_Manipulator ---- asked how to grow wings, claws, webbed fingers, gills, tail, muzzle, third eye, throw fireballs, become invisible, etc ---- he also "wanted them really bad". Funny, he quit posting that stuff six months ago and hasn't been back. Hmmmmmm.
